The DHS and the Director of National Intelligence issued a Joint Analysis Report that outlines malicious cyber activity that they have associated with Russian civilian and military actors. The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials, or APCO, issued a statement, saying it "highly encourages that your organization look within your network traffic for signs of malicious activity."
