Jackson County, GA: County computer systems attacked by aggressive ransomware. All departments impacted. Public safety and emergency services are top priority to restore. After investigating other recovery alternatives, the county paid a $400,000 ransom in Bitcoin to receive a decryption key from the hacker. Infiltration method is still unknown.
